Why we exist

Progress is strongest when people, place, and purpose move together.

Kanswal Foundation is committed to practical community support and thoughtful stewardship. Our work is guided by a simple belief: meaningful change should expand opportunity while honouring dignity, culture, and our shared environment.

We are building a foundation that can listen closely, partner responsibly, and grow its work with transparency.

Our roots

Garhwali roots · Uttarakhand first · India ahead

Beginning in Uttarakhand, growing responsibly across India.

Kanswal Foundation is a public trust registered with the Charity Commissioner, Greater Mumbai Region, under Public Trust Registration No. E-37682 (M). Rooted in Garhwal, its initial programme focus is Uttarakhand, including village development, temple care, local traditions, animal welfare, education, health, and environmental responsibility. The foundation intends to grow across India as lawful programmes, trusted local partnerships, and organisational capacity develop. Each initiative remains subject to the registered trust objects and applicable permissions.

Our four pillars

A clear purpose, carried through four commitments.
